Michael P. Henry

Michael P. Henry concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, estate and tax planning, as well as probate administrations.

Mr. Henry has been a frequent speaker at seminars and group meetings lecturing on topics including estate and tax planning, planned giving, and business succession planning. Mr. Henry’s practice includes developing sophisticated estate plans, setting up and maintaining family partnerships and businesses, handling probate and estate administration matters, and representing taxpayers in Internal Revenue Service tax audits.

Mr. Henry is a 1994 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law and a 1998 graduate of Capital University Law School, where he received his Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.). He is a member
of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Toledo Bar Association. Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Humane Society of Northwest Ohio. Other boards and committees Mr. Henry has served on include:

• Toledo Community Foundation Advisory Committee
• ProMedica Advisory Committee
• American Cancer Society

Mike has been a long time coach for the Perrysburg Youth Soccer Association and a coach for CYO
basketball.
