Elissa Levy
Elissa Levy serves as a Senior Client Service Associate at Wall Street Alliance Group, where she plays a critical role in delivering a seamless and high-touch client experience. She specializes in client onboarding, account support, and operational coordination, serving as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring that every interaction is handled with efficiency, care, and attention to detail. Elissa is dedicated to making the client journey as smooth as possible, providing consistent support and ensuring that all service needs are addressed promptly.
She brings a strong background in financial operations and client service, with experience supporting high-volume workflows in fast-paced environments. Prior to joining Wall Street Alliance Group, Elissa held roles at Raymond James and Ameriprise Financial, where she led key operational initiatives and contributed to improving service efficiency and overall client satisfaction.
Elissa holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as her New York State Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license. She earned her Master’s degree in International Affairs from the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy, bringing a global perspective that enhances her ability to work with a diverse client base.
With international experience that includes time spent in Japan, Elissa is passionate about teaching, cultural exchange, and giving back to the community. This passion has led her to engage in teaching opportunities abroad, further reflecting her commitment to education and global connection.
Known for her thoughtful and client-first approach, Elissa is committed to supporting both clients and advisors with professionalism and care, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
Outside of the office, Elissa enjoys animal photography, bird watching, studying Japanese, and spending time with family and friends.
