About the Opportunity

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an intimate group and wants to advance within a dynamic and growing wealth management company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance as well as working with and supporting a team. Excellent communication skills are a must, as servicing the needs of the firm’s clients will be a critical part of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to the firm’s existing wealth management clients
  • Prepare financial plans according to the firms planning philosophy
  • Provide portfolio analysis and execute trades using firm’s portfolio management technology
  • Coordinate directly with industry professionals including CPAs, Actuaries, etc. to provide customized client solutions
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of nation-wide financial planning seminars
  • Follow up with leads generated from financial planning seminars
  • Manage firm’s ongoing marketing efforts, including email, social media and website
  • Manage additional projects as needed
  • Will be required to attain FINRA licenses, including but not limited to the FINRA SIE exam and FINRA Series 7 license *Training will be provided

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with concentration in finance is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to travel if needed and work during the evening if necessary
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

 

Compensation:

  • Annual salary of $85,000-$100,000 commensurate with experience
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Health Insurance
